Gold and copper in the Arabian–Nubian Shield

Gold Copper Explorer

Shieldstone Resources is focused on discovering and advancing high-potential gold and copper projects in the Eastern Desert of Egypt, part of the Arabian–Nubian Shield. Gold has been mined in this region since pharaonic times, yet much of it remains underexplored by modern standards. With Egypt reforming its mining sector to attract international investment, we aim to play a part in its growth and in the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.

We bring together deep technical expertise and modern exploration methods, from remote sensing and geological mapping through to geochemistry and drilling, with a firm commitment to responsible, sustainable development. We believe successful discovery should deliver lasting benefits: local employment, skills and economic diversification, built on strong partnerships with Egyptian communities and authorities.

Guided by integrity, technical rigour and respect for the land, Shieldstone Resources is building a portfolio of opportunities that can help shape the future of Egypt’s minerals industry.

About
our company

At Shieldstone Resources, our purpose is to unlock the mineral potential of Egypt’s Eastern Desert through responsible exploration, technical excellence and innovation. We were founded to take part in a new chapter for Egypt’s mining sector, combining world-class geological expertise with modern exploration methods to find and advance deposits of real significance.

Our team understands the geology of the Arabian–Nubian Shield, its ancient gold districts and its largely untested copper potential, and we work with deep respect for the land and the people who live on it. We balance discovery with environmental responsibility, so that our work supports local communities and contributes to Egypt’s economic growth.

With a focus on gold, copper and other strategic minerals, Shieldstone Resources is committed to discoveries that drive progress, create lasting value and help shape the future of Egypt’s minerals industry.
